Emergency Website Support

Emergency Support

Site Down, Checkout Broken, or Performance Emergency?

When your site is down or checkout stops working, every minute has a cost. Campaign traffic still arrives. Ads still spend. Customers still try to pay. The goal is not a long discovery call. The goal is to restore the critical path fast, then explain what broke.

We handle emergency triage for WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, custom Node.js and React builds, and mixed stacks where a plugin update, deploy, or DNS change took production offline. You can reach us by phone or WhatsApp. We target a response within 2 hours for active emergencies.

What you get

Core capabilities

Outage triage

Identify whether the failure is DNS, hosting, application code, payment gateway, or CDN before changes spread the damage.

Checkout and payment recovery

Restore cart, payment, and webhook flows when revenue stops mid-campaign or during peak traffic.

Safe rollback paths

Revert plugins, themes, or deployments with a documented rollback instead of guessing in production.

Post-incident summary

You get a clear record of cause, fix, and what to monitor so the same failure does not repeat quietly.

How it works

Our process

1

Call or message

Reach us by phone or WhatsApp with the URL, what broke, and when it started.

2

Triage within 2 hours

We check hosting status, error logs, recent deploys, and payment or checkout endpoints.

3

Stabilize revenue paths

Restore the site, checkout, or critical API first. Cosmetic issues wait.

4

Handoff or ongoing fix

We close the incident or quote follow-up hardening if the root cause needs structural work.

How this service works in detail

What to send when you contact us

Include these five items in your first message so triage starts immediately:

  • Live URL and whether the admin area loads.
  • What visitors see: white screen, 500 error, maintenance page, broken cart, failed payment.
  • When it started and your timezone.
  • Recent changes: plugin or theme update, code deploy, DNS or SSL change, new marketing pixel.
  • Hosting provider if you know it (Cloudways, WP Engine, SiteGround, AWS, etc.).

If checkout is broken, note the payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments) and whether test orders work while live orders fail.

What we check in the first 30 minutes

Hosting and DNS: server reachable, SSL valid, domain pointing to the correct environment.

Error logs: PHP fatal errors, application stack traces, WooCommerce or Shopify webhook failures.

Recent changes: plugin, theme, or deployment timeline correlated with the outage start.

CDN and cache: stale cache, WAF block, or asset path breaking the frontend.

Revenue path: add-to-cart, checkout, payment confirmation, and order emails for eCommerce sites.

Emergency pricing (transparent blocks)

Typical emergency response blocks. Final scope confirmed after initial triage.

BlockWhat it coversTypical use
Incident startTriage, log review, first stabilization attemptFirst 2 hours of active response
Extended recoveryRollback, plugin conflict isolation, checkout repairSame-day production restore
Stabilization reportWritten cause summary and monitoring recommendationsIncluded with extended recovery

We quote follow-up structural fixes separately after the site is stable. You should not pay for a full rebuild to fix a bad plugin update.

When to call vs when email is enough

Call or WhatsApp now: complete outage, checkout down during active sales, admin locked out during a launch, repeated 500 errors after a deploy.

Contact form is fine: slow but loading site, non-critical page error, planning ahead for a high-traffic event.

If you are not sure, treat it as urgent. A 10-minute triage call is cheaper than hours of lost orders.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How fast do you respond to emergencies?

We target an initial response within 2 hours for active production emergencies during our intake window. If the site is completely down or checkout is broken, call or WhatsApp instead of waiting on email.

What should I send when I contact you?

Your live URL, what visitors see (blank page, 500 error, broken checkout), when it started, and any change made in the last 24 hours (plugin update, deploy, DNS change). Hosting panel access helps but is not required to start triage.

What do you check first?

DNS and SSL status, hosting health, PHP or application error logs, recent plugin or theme changes, CDN cache rules, and payment gateway webhooks for eCommerce failures.

How is emergency pricing structured?

Emergency blocks are billed at a fixed incident rate plus time used. Simple outages often resolve in one block. Complex failures are quoted after stabilization so you know the cost before deeper work continues.

Do you only support WordPress?

No. We handle WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Node.js, React frontends, and custom PHP or API stacks. The first step is always the same: stop revenue loss, then diagnose root cause.

Production issue in progress?

Do not wait for email threads. Call, WhatsApp, or send the contact form with URGENT in the subject.
