2. What we collect

Identity and contact data you submit (name, email, phone, company, message content).
Order and billing data needed to fulfill purchases (address fields required by checkout).
Technical data (IP address, device/browser, pages viewed) via server logs and analytics tools.
Chat content if you use Tidio or the on-site chatbot.
Credentials you voluntarily share for service delivery (prefer secure intake – not checkout password fields).

5. Retention

Temporary access credentials: deleted within 15 days after work is complete, unless continued access is agreed. This is not a claim that all data is deleted in 15 days.
Orders and invoices: retained as required for accounting and legal purposes.
Support correspondence: retained as needed to provide support and resolve disputes.
Marketing contacts: until you opt out, plus proof of opt-out / suppression as needed.
Server logs and backups: per hosting and backup discovery / retention practices.

Tools above may process data outside Israel (for example the United States or other regions). Each vendor applies its own terms and safeguards.
