Service Delivery

1. Scope

This policy describes how virtual services and digital products are delivered. There is no physical shipping.

2. Seller

The seller of products and services on this website is N.S.A / AMIT SANANES, an Israeli authorized dealer (עוסק מורשה), dealer number 300155728.

3. Prices and currency

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes as configured by the store. Currency conversion or payment-provider fees, if any, are determined by the customer’s payment provider.

4. Technical Audits

• After purchase we contact you to collect the site URL and any required access.
• Work starts only after required information and access have been received and professional review has begun.
• Delivery timing is confirmed after the required access and scope have been reviewed. Fixed promises such as “within 48 hours” or “within 5 business days” are not commitments.
• Deliverable: a written report as described on the product page (or written confirmation of scope). A summary call is not included unless the product page says so.
• Implementation is not included. Purchase Development Capacity separately for implementation work.
• What is reviewed and what the report contains are stated on each audit product page. If scope is undefined for a listing, purchase may be limited to “Confirm Scope Before Purchase” until defined.

5. Development Capacity

• We contact you within 24 hours after confirmed payment.
• Each task is reviewed before work starts.
• Hours do not expire.
• Minimum billing per task: 1 hour. After the first hour, billing uses the store’s existing billing units only.
• Meetings, research, investigation, QA, project management, and related communications bill from the bank.
• Hours are usable across sites and projects of the same buyer and transferable between that buyer’s projects, but not to another entity.
• If remaining hours would be overrun, we pause and ask you to purchase more capacity. No extra charge without approval. No auto-renewal.

6. Professional Toolkits

• File delivery target: within 12 hours after confirmed payment (often available sooner via WooCommerce download after approved payment).
• Format is stated on each product page.
• Download limit: 5 downloads per purchase. Link validity: 30 days.

7. Credentials and temporary access

Do not submit passwords in checkout fields. Prefer a temporary user, invitation, or secure intake channel we provide after purchase. Temporary access credentials provided for delivery are deleted within 15 days after work is complete, unless continued access is agreed. This does not mean all order or account data is deleted in 15 days.
