Terms of Use & Sale

1. Agreement

By using https://alfamediadigital.com (the “Site”) or purchasing from the shop, you agree to these Terms of Use & Sale and the related policies linked from the Legal & Policies hub.

2. Seller

The seller of products and services on this website is N.S.A / AMIT SANANES, an Israeli authorized dealer (עוסק מורשה), dealer number 300155728.

Registered / service address: 1 Rav Mecher St., ROOMS, BIG FASHION Glilot, Ramat Hasharon 4734501, Israel.

Trade names used for branding: AlfaMedia and AlfaAgency (trade names of N.S.A / Amit Sananes). Card billing descriptor: N.S.A.

Office locations shown elsewhere on this site (for example Miami or Frankfurt) are contact / presence information only and are not the selling or contracting entity for shop purchases.

3. Who may purchase

We sell to businesses (B2B) and individuals (B2C) in markets where we choose to offer products, including Israel and the United States. We do not actively target the EU/EEA for marketing. You must have legal capacity to contract. We do not knowingly sell to minors.

4. Products

The shop currently offers three product families:

Technical Audits – scoped assessment reports only. Implementation is not included unless a product page expressly says so. Delivery timing is confirmed after required access and scope have been reviewed. A summary call is not included unless the product page says so.
Development Capacity (hour banks) – prepaid tracked hours with no expiry. Minimum billing per task: 1 hour. After the first hour on a task, billing continues in the store’s existing billing units only. Meetings, research, investigation, QA, project management, and related communications bill from the bank. Hours may be used across sites and projects of the same buyer and transferred between that buyer’s projects, but not to another legal entity. We contact you within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Tasks are reviewed before work starts. If remaining hours would be overrun, we stop and ask you to buy more capacity. No extra charge without your approval. No auto-renewal.
Professional Toolkits – downloadable digital files under the Digital Product License. Delivery target: within 12 hours of payment confirmation. Download link valid 30 days; up to 5 downloads. Single-user; no team, client redistribution, transfer, resale, or public upload. No future updates and no consulting or implementation unless expressly stated.

5. Orders, prices, tax, and currency

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes as configured by the store. Currency conversion or payment-provider fees, if any, are determined by the customer’s payment provider.

Payment is processed through the payment method(s) enabled at checkout (currently PayPal, when available). Card charges, if any, may appear as N.S.A on the statement.

6. Accounts and communications

Guest checkout may be available. Order and service emails may be sent from addresses configured in WooCommerce. Prefer temporary user access or invitations for service delivery; do not submit passwords in checkout fields.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that harms service, or use purchased materials beyond the applicable license.

8. Intellectual property

Site content and branding belong to N.S.A / Amit Sananes and its licensors. Toolkit files are licensed, not sold as a transfer of ownership, under the Digital Product License.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, liability for shop products is limited to amounts you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to the customer. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version and effective date appear at the top of this page. Material changes for future orders will use the version then in force.
